Process Painting

Process painting is paying attention to your own experience
as you experiment with putting paint on paper.

It is a safe, nonjudgemental space to use paint to

 play with your inner child,

 tame your inner critic,

 listen to your intuition, and

express what can't be said in words

The facilitator will invite you to stay in touch with your experience (the process) instead of focusing on your painting (the product). You get to practice working intuitively, doing whatever seems right in the moment.

If you are an artist, this lets you experiment with breaking the rules, challenging the "shoulds", allowing you to access a deeper level of creativity without boundaries.

If you can't paint, even better. Since the end product doesn't matter, find out what it is like to have permission to paint joyfully and without judgement.
