Worry Tree

Worry is a fact of life, especially for parents. Sometimes worry is useful because it helps us plan ahead and anticipate problems. Sometimes worry is unhelpful - it siphons off our energy and makes us feel anxious despite the fact that there is nothing we can do. The Worry Tree helps you think about your worries (useful or unhelpful) and decide if you should give the worry your attention or not.
