Surviving Parenthood - Fall 2012
Surviving Parenthood shows you how to take care of yourself, even when you feel overwhelmed by everyone else's needs. Topics include managing frustrations and anger, reducing worry, protecting your adult relationships and adding joy and refreshing your spirit. Sponsored by Parents Helping Parents and the Process Therapy Institute, this workshop is realistic about life for you when one or more of your children has a disability or is simply differently abled or has special needs.
